5. Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on the Platform may include service fees, booking fees, distance charges, waiting time fees, materials charges, taxes, or additional operational costs. Final pricing may vary depending on service requirements. By placing an order, you authorize ONZO or its payment partners to process payments using your selected payment method.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and service status. Refund requests are assessed individually and ONZO reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.
7. User Conduct

• Abuse or harass staff, drivers, cleaners, or providers

• Damage property

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse discounts or promotions
Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
8. Transportation Services
For ride-related services, users must behave respectfully and comply with all applicable safety requirements. Drivers may refuse service where safety concerns exist. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, excessive cleaning requirements, or damages.
9. Home and Cleaning Services
Customers must provide a safe environment and secure valuables before services begin. ONZO shall not be responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed hazards, or unsecured items.
10. Third-Party Providers
Some services may be delivered by independent contractors, partner businesses, or third-party providers. ONZO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including logos, branding, software, graphics, text, and designs remain the property of ONZO and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONZO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. ONZO's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.
13. Suspension and Termination
ONZO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice where fraud, abuse, policy breaches, or security concerns are identified.
14. Force Majeure
ONZO shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, technical failures, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.
